New Medical Offices Set to Expand Healthcare Options in Victorville

Jul 29, 2026 | Community Life

Residents on Victorville’s west side will soon have expanded access to healthcare as a new medical office building at the Midtown Spectrum Center prepares to welcome its first tenants.

Situated near Midtown Drive and Amargosa Road, the two-story medical complex spans nearly 26,200 square feet and is part of the area’s steadily expanding healthcare district. The project adds modern clinical space designed to accommodate specialty care, diagnostic services, and urgent medical treatment in one centralized location.

Expanded Healthcare Services Coming to the High Desert

The new building will be anchored by Arrowhead Orthopaedics and diagnostic imaging provider RadNet, both of which will offer specialized medical services within the modern facility.

Joining them will be Southern California Emergency Medicine, which has signed a long-term lease to open an urgent care center—marking the organization’s first location in the High Desert.

The urgent care clinic will occupy more than 4,100 square feet on the building’s first floor and is expected to provide residents with another option for walk-in medical care in Victorville.

Fully Leased Before Opening

According to representatives involved with the project, the urgent care agreement secured the building’s final available space, bringing the entire development to full occupancy before opening.

The project was developed by GRP Capital Holdings, LLC and constructed by Norm Wilson & Sons, Inc., adding another modern healthcare destination to the expanding Midtown medical campus.

Local commercial real estate professionals involved in the leasing process said the addition of an urgent care provider helps address the area’s growing demand for accessible medical services while complementing the existing specialty care already available nearby.

Supporting a Growing Community

As the Victor Valley continues to grow, investments in medical infrastructure play an important role in expanding access to healthcare for local residents.

By bringing orthopedic care, medical imaging, urgent care, and other healthcare services together in one location, the Midtown Spectrum Center is expected to make it easier for patients to receive a variety of treatments without traveling outside the region.

The new medical building is anticipated to open later this year, adding another milestone to Victorville’s continued commercial and healthcare development.
