Ready for a triathlon with a twist? The Apple Valley Reverse Triathlon & 5K returns Saturday, Sept. 26, challenging participants to run, bike and swim their way to the finish line. Events are available for adults, dedicated runners and kids ages 5–12.

- Reverse Triathlon:
- 5K run
- 12-mile road bike course
- 150-yard pool swim
- Kids Triathlon — Ages 5–12:
- 1K run
- 1-mile bike ride
- 50-yard swim
- Non-competitive and focused on fun
- 5K Race: A standalone 5K is also available for runners.
- Participant Perks: Events are chip-timed, and participants receive a T-shirt and Finisher Medal.
- Kids Participants: Every child participating in the Kids Triathlon will receive a medal and T-shirt.
- Awards: Awards begin at 9:30 a.m., with recognition for top overall and division finishers in the Reverse Triathlon and top male and female finishers in the 5K.
- Registration: Advance registration is available for the Apple Valley Reverse Triathlon & 5K.
