The City of Hesperia has announced the opening of a new Burlington store in the High Desert Gateway shopping center. Taking over the former JoAnn Fabrics location, this will be the retailer’s second location in the High Desert, along with the Jess Ranch Marketplace location in Apple Valley.

Although there is no official grand opening date set, the City of Hesperia recently confirmed that the retailer has submitted renovation and build-out plans for the space, signaling progress toward opening day.

Burlington rebranded itself as an off-brand retailer during 2014-2016 by dropping the “coat factory” from its title, signaling that it offers a wider variety of clothing, home decor, and more. This new addition to High Desert Gateway will join Ross and Marshalls in providing residents with well-known brands at an affordable price.
